HIGH COST WITH NO RESULTS?

Hello again, it’s Ken Baxter in sunny Las Vegas, NV and welcome to my blog, I’m glad you stopped by.

The video below left me scratching my head trying to figure out how one president could have assembled such an incompetent collection of people in some of the most important positions in his cabinet. It shows Deputy Energy Secretary David Turk who was unable to answer basic questions asked by Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) regarding the cost and benefits of the United States becoming “carbon neutral” by 2050.

In light of the explosion of schemes promising “carbon footprint reduction or neutrality, a question by the Appropriations Committee about expected results from the deluge of public funds you are requesting seems like something you would be prepared for.

In fact, I have watched several of members of Biden’s current cabinet as well as Judicial and other nominees who show up to senate hearings, completely unprepared to answer even basic questions about their position or the Constitution.

The most popular answer seems to be a version of “I don’t have that information in front of me right now I’ll have to get back to you”.

Coming from a sales background it is hard for me to understand how you could go into an important meeting (there aren’t many meetings more important that a Senate Hearing) without real data and having anticipated objections and how to overcome them.

The fact is, there are no answers. It’s by design. They will never “circle back” with the information because they don’t want you to know what they are planning. The money will be diverted or laundered into a giant piggy bank for bribes or incentives for saying exactly what you have been told to say or doing what you have been told to do while the taxpayers foot the bill.

We have also found disturbing information that sheds doubt on the entire carbon offset/carbon reduction industry that has exploded over the last few years.  Knowing that most Americans are in agreement on preserving our resources and national treasures, a willingness to donate to environmental “causes” has  has attracted opportunists to flock to the industry, eager to belly up to the carbon trough. I have included a couple of examples of the stunningly unqualified nominees our president has seen fit to bring before the Senate for confirmation below. It is truly incredible.
